Under the check out area, enter your personal information and shipping address ( NOTE: Each orders shipping charge is for a single shipping address only, if you have more than one 'SHIP TO' location.. please place a new order per additional 'SHIP TO' address) and choose your method of ordering; Order Online or Phone.
5. Finally click the button which reads Click Here To Send Us Your Order and you're done! We will send you a confirmation in your e-mail of what you ordered.
